Lopez Penny Loafer - Orange Crocodile
The Penny Loafer is a classic shape that takes it name from when people in the 1930’s used to put two penny coins in the leather fastening, in case they needed to use a phone booth for an emergency call. The cut is timeless and the intricate pattern of the leather only add visual interest to the shoe. The orange colour of the leather makes the loafers stand out and they would look great with an outfit in the same tones, or even with the complimentary colour blue. For example a pair of navy corduroy trousers.
It is both comfortable and elegant and, thanks to its simplicity, it can be both dressed up or down.
