EXPRESS SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out via Fedex / DHL and are expected to be delivered within 2-4 days, once it leaves the factory. All orders would be trackable. 

Flat $15 Shipping WORLDWIDE.

RETURN POLICY

Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that:

- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

Please contact us through email at support@3dmlifestyle.com before you return the shoes so that we can provide you with a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code that you can include in the package for our easy reference.

- Now, please print the documents sent, fill it out and place it inside the package.

Note: When sending an item/s for return or exchange, the shipping costs to ship the item/s back is customers responsibility. 3DM Lifestyle will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer. In the case you prefer a refund, we will process it in the next 5 - 7 days. Note that original shipping costs will be refunded; 3DM Lifestyle will refund the full amount paid for the order.

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, 3DM Lifestyle will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.

Merchandise marked as Sale will not be accepted for a refund, return or exchange.
