Every order is shipped with care via FedEx, DHL, or Aramex and is fully trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Once your pair leaves our workshop, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.
- Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150
- Express delivery (2–4 business days) available for $25

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
🇺🇸 United States
• Complimentary size or style exchanges within 21 days
• Returns accepted with a modest fee
$15 for shoes · $20 for boots
🌍 International
• Exchanges and returns accepted within 21 days
• Return shipping arranged by the customer
• Full product refund on approved returns

TAXES & DUTIES
United States
For all US orders placed on or after 29th August, 2025, we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all applicable tariffs and duties are included, there’s nothing additional to pay at delivery.
Australia
Orders under AU$1,000 / US$650 are exempt from duties and taxes, as per local regulations.
United Arab Emirates
A 5% VAT is payable at the time of delivery, in line with local requirements.
Rest of the World
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Your local authorities assess any applicable local taxes, customs duties, or import charges and payable upon delivery.
