Incredibly well made shoes with quality materials and a competitive price point. Complete leather/wooden soles, not the cheap rubber that most shoe companies are using these days. The suede is soft and stitched together well and the size is true. Shipping was quick and I received my order ~1 week after ordering. That chat experience was helpful as well to help me choose the right loafer (eg. "soft" penny loafer)
