Exchanges (Recommended)

  • Free exchanges for size or style within 21 days of delivery
  • We cover shipping on your first exchange
  • Additional exchanges will incur shipping charges

Most fit issues are solved quickly with an exchange, and we always recommend this option first.

Returns

If you’d prefer a return instead of an exchange:

  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery
  • A flat return fee applies:
    • $15 for shoes
    • $20 for boots
  • The remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method

This fee helps cover reverse logistics so we can continue offering premium materials and fair pricing.


🌍 International (Outside the US)

Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 21 days of delivery
  • You may exchange for a different size or style
  • The customer covers return shipping
  • Replacement pair is shipped once the original is received

Returns

If you choose to return:

  • Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery
  • Full refund of the product price after inspection
  • The customer covers return shipping
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • Guide you to a more suitable style
  • Assist with fit adjustments or a remake where possible

Return Conditions (Applies to All Orders)

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Please try shoes on indoors only, on a carpeted surface
  • Original packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
