Flat Belt- Tobacco Suede

Tobacco suede sits in a register all its own — warmer than grey, earthier than tan, richer than camel. It is the shade that works equally well against cream linens in July and flannel trousers in November. This belt is the natural companion to our tobacco and cognac suede loafers, and pairs with virtually any warm-toned shoe in the collection.

The suede is carefully selected for an even, close nap and consistent depth of colour across the full length of the belt. The finish is matte and understated — the kind of belt that looks more expensive the closer you look. Fitted with a polished pin buckle in a warm antique tone that complements the suede without competing with it.

How to wear it

Tobacco suede belts pair best with suede shoes in the same warm family — our Penny Loafer in Tobacco Suede, Tassel Loafers in Cognac Suede, and Soft Penny Loafers in Tobacco Suede are the natural matches. For trousers, reach for mid-grey flannel, cream or stone chinos, or navy — all of which let the tobacco tone do the work.

Rub Mark on Suede

One of the shoes has a rub mark in the suede. It looks like it got damaged somehow. It arrived in the shoe bag but the belt was tightly in box and it could have made the rub mark.

Hi Dede
This is not a damage, you can use a suede brush or a toothbrush to settle down the nap of the suede, it will work.

Cognac Suede Belt - Good Quality Craftmanship

First thing I notice about the belt was how thick the suede was which makes the belt strong and holds up the pants, they uses an extra layer of suede for the holes which was uncommon. Quality of the suede and bucket was good and craftsmanship was excellent.

Hi Edward
Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback.
