Hard to beat price with relatively acceptable quality

Ordering Process
I was truly surprised by the speed of the whole order to fulfillment process. I ordered on 3rd June and I got it delivered from India to Singapore on 6th June which includes a public holiday in between. The ordering process was straight forward and I got my questions answered pretty quickly by the team.

Packaging
The shoe box is a plain average carton box with minimal branding which is good. There's no fancy PVC coating or gloss which allows the carton box to be easily composted. The shoes come with a simple cotton bags with drawstrings. There are waste papers stuffed in the cap toe to prevent any creasing. There was a free plastic shoe horn included as well.

Quality
I'd say, the quality is above par but there's certainly a lot of room for improvement. I found scuff marks on the last as well as on the leather out-sole. The stitching is inconsistent where some holes are too near for the leather to give away and merge once exposed to all weather conditions. The inside linings have some left over glue which took a little bit of effort for me to clean. The burnishing is hand-made I guess and there's no complaints. They look unique and that's what I expected :)

Fit
I wear Euro size 43 or 44 depending on the cut and brand and since I have a slightly wider foot, I decided to go with size 44 and I wasn't wrong. On a quick look, it appeared a tad bit larger than the usual ones that I wear but once I wore the pair, it was a snug fit. The sole is considerably wider and larger which gives a general larger shoes look. I don't know the reason for a wider sole if it's just a Blake McKay construction. May be, they wanted to keep the looks similar to a Goodyear welt.

Improvements for Future
Need to pay attention to the quality of stitches and the scuff marks. To bring a better feel, they can include a hard paper shoe tree instead of crumpled paper. Include a stick on non-slip patch for people who walk the slippery slope on a wet weather.

Good value for money

Styling is more interesting than usual British classics. Quality of upper leather isn't top notch but acceptable given the price. Better stichings would definitely add to its overall value.
