I gave them 4 stars as a product because the value is great and the customer service is amazing. The shoes are good, they are a little on the big side as they advise so if you are in between sizes, size down like they say too. The shoes are comfortable and flexible because of the Blake construction over the Goodyear welt. The broguing on the toe medallion is was pretty poor. The leather is nice but not amazing, the last is nothing fancy and the soles very sturdy and not slippery for very long when you start wearing them. I didn’t get the rubber sole protection put on by my cobbler as I want to test the sole wear for review for future purchases. For the value the shoes are very good and the the teams customer service is amazing. They are not luxury but they are very good. I will likely order another pair once the burgundy austerity are back in my size. If you are comparing them to Carmina, Bridlen, or Meermin, those affordable good brands, they are more like a 3.5 star where the other brands would be a 4 to 4.5 star in that price range. I really like them and if your not after really flash name brand shoes I would defiantly try 3DM lifestyle! I would defiantly get them over those department store brands like Florsheim, or Aquila if you are in Australia.
BTW they polished up pretty nice and I’m sure you could get a real nice mirror shine on cap toes.

The two pair of shoes I ordered were of the quality of material and workmanship that I desired. I was very pleased. I thought it was a nice touch that they sent only one pair so I could try them on for fit before they sent the other pair. I highly recommend this organization.
