First of all, I’ve already emailed you guys back, saying that I would like to return the boots for a different size. I followed the method that you guys gave in the description of your boots pertaining to the size and the shoes I got were too small. I do love the boot and the way that it looks. But the boot that I received did not reflect the boot that that was on your website. It appeared that the boot had been laced and unlaced several times, and there were dark blotches on the suede of the boot. When the deliver dropped a boot off the boot was shipped to me in the box that the boot came in. Not in a box that was covered the shoe box which was very odd to me. I never have received received a pair of shoes that I have purchased. They came in the actual shoebox and not a box covering the shoe box. I have sent you pictures of this and have not received a response as of yet. I would like for you send me the shipping label that I can can return the shoes to you for the correct size and hopefully the next pair that I receive will be in better condition. The shoes that I received had one shoe laced the other shoe was not lazed. It looked like it had been unlaced, and the shoe string was thrown in the boot this is my first time ordering from you guys. There are at least two or three other pair of boots that I do like that I would like to purchase along with this one, and I’m hoping that I can do so. But as of right now, my experience is not been the best. Please help me rectify this situation.

Perfect boots!

I have 4 pairs of these boots in different colors for black neutral and earth tones suits. I also grew up with what I thought were wide feet in certain shoes. These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Years will determine the quality, but they certainly feel like they'll hold up with the proper rotation of dress shoes. I hope 3DM has many successful years. Not only that, some convos have been custom and the customer service and communication is top notch!
